  I had a visit to the property for a tour and was escorted by Shaquera. She was immensely friendly and very knowledgeable of the property. I hope to be a tenant there and she made sure to answer all my questions and make sure I had a through understanding of the place. She was very helpful and a great ambassador of the leasing office.

  Since the first time I stepped foot into this property Medeline has been amazing! Really took her time with giving me all the information I needed. Can’t wait to make makers rise my new home!

  We were looking for a nice place to live, and this complex ticked every box. Medeline helped us out showing us a couple units, she was very patient with our questions. Unfortunately we had some personal matters that took precedent and we were unable to make the move. I highly recommend working with Medeline, she was very kind and accommodating.

  I have lived here for three years and recently moved into a new unit. Unfortunately, I have been dealing with a serious issue involving the exterior vent flapper that makes loud metallic banging noises whenever it’s windy. The sound is extremely disruptive and has caused multiple sleepless nights. Over the past two nights alone, I was unable to sleep properly and woke up with a migraine. Management has stated that the noise “only happens when it’s windy,” but that does not make it acceptable. Residents should not have to stay awake all night whenever the weather changes. What is more concerning is that I found a complaint from about 10 months ago describing the exact same issue, which suggests this is an ongoing, unresolved problem. This was not disclosed prior to my move-in. I expect better communication and a permanent solution to known maintenance issues. Sleep disruption is not a minor inconvenience — it directly affects health and daily functioning. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it properly for current and future residents.
