  My parents have lived in these apartments for 15 years. The management company changed and things aren’t the same. There is mice infestation and the management is giving excuses every time we call them. The pest control company is doing nothing, but putting the sticky pads. Mice are in the apartment every day. I’ve seen other residents complained in reviews as well. The management is friendly, but not solving problems. In addition, water gets constantly disconnected - almost every week. There have been hvac issues when the building gets unbearably hot on warm days. There were also safety issues due to homeless getting access to the building, but that seems better now after cameras were installed. It’s really sad that the building is going downhill. If things don’t get better, we will consider getting the county involved or moving my parents. They are elderly and it’s hard for them to move. It’s a shame because it’s a nice location and nice people live there and organize get together parties.

  Frequent management turn over. Maintenance is friendly but slow to respond and often give excuses. The HVAC system needs replacing, rodents on the first floor, and water is often shut off due to pipe problems in the building. Safety is not a priority. I experienced a defective stove top that caused an explosive dangerous issue. It was reported 4 days ago and shown twice to maintenance without requested removal of stove or replacement with a new one. Instead i get mixed responses of yes we are replacing then no we are going to try to repair as well as a different narrative given of the sequence of events that could have cost my life. The team though cordial very nice people on the every day experience, are not at all aware of the liability and legal position they place themselves in when advised of a safety issue, and even being offered for me to pay for a new better quality one out of pocket yet there is a refusal to remove. All units should have a safe operational stove and when dealing with an adult with disabilities for which i have full power of attorney, there should definitely be a sense of urgency. Life valued over excuses. I have stated on numerous ocassions that just as cars are recalled for safety defects, a lower grade stove should be treated the same. It should be removed without the tenant explaining over and over and requesting removal.

  Very nice community. They help me with all my application and everything was very easy. I'm happy to live in the community.

  The place is clean , staff is courteous ! I was given a full tour even though I walk slow! Jenmy leasing person helped me patiently through all the paperwork.
