  I lived here for one year in 2025. This is worst nightmare anyone can have as renter. Never rent here here are some of reason why shouldn't rent in this community. 1. Mice never finishes, even we were in the third floor. 2. They sell parking place to you for 75$, because any time you come home parking lots are full, why? Because they let more people to live in one apartment. 3. At the end of your contract they send you an extra bill to pay for using their apartment if you don't pay they immediately inform collection to damage your credit. 4. The behavior of the leasing office is good at the beginning but once they know you don't want to stay anymore they talk like mobs. 5. After 9pm the saround of apartments are not safe because the from the apartments walking in drunk condition and when you tell office they don't listen. 6.The washing machine have always problems.

  es un asco estos apartamentos se supone que si algo se arruinó por que ya es muy viejo te lo cobran además hay mucha plaga de chinches y no fumigan

  STAY OUTT!! This place has horrible neighbors that don’t respect your personal peace. Neighbors playing music past midnight. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Drunk neighbors always disturbing the peace late at night. This has to be the worst place to live in, and a deep regret for signing a lease. Do not waste another second thinking about giving this place a chance. You can find a better home elsewhere outside this nasty area🙏🏻.
