  Danny did an excellent job repairing the floor in my kitchen along with Kevin's assistance. They are assets to the maintenance department. The crew that replaced the tile were excellent as well.

  There is only one laundry center for the whole property. Only some of the units have storm doors. The unit that I was shown had very steep stairs going to the upstairs unit. The quoted price was only good for 48 hours.

  I’ve been dealing with ongoing issues with clogged sink pipes and a leaking tub for months, despite submitting multiple work orders without a permanent solution. Marlon Maradiaga came out and truly took the time to fix the problem the right way. He thoroughly snaked both the sink and tub and even showed me exactly what was causing the issue. After completing the repair, he went above and beyond by disinfecting everything with bleach and cleaning the sink, which had built up dirt from the repeated clogs. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time really stood out. I highly recommend him!
