  Hello I'm Christine Bernard and I just have to mention that Sherrod Randle is amazing. I just moved to the community and he has taken the time to make sure I am well taken care. Truly would recommend this apartment to everyone.

  Sherrod R. was absolutely excellent during our apartment search. From the moment we arrived, he was polite, professional, and very welcoming. He immediately made us feel comfortable, which meant a lot because apartment hunting can sometimes be stressful. Sherrod took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything clearly. He was patient, attentive, and never made us feel rushed. What really stood out the most was how he helped take away so much of the stress from the process. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, we felt supported and confident with his help. His positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Sherrod truly went above and beyond, and it’s clear that he truly cares about the people that he works with.

  My apartment continues to have problems with sewage that returns through the pipes, there is also a problem with the ceiling due to water, and it has a lighting problem. We generally haven't spent a happy month living in peace when something always happens. We really don't like that apartment. They never fix things right
