  ZERO STARS. Stole my money. Told me they would call me back that day and waited 2 weeks to call me making me have to sign a temporary lease where I hate living because they are so uncoordinated. I had 3 different people ask me for Information I already submitted to someone else. Thieves. Never recommend....EVER! Trash customer service.

  if you value respect and courtesy from your landlord, look elsewhere. tenants are not treated with respect; they are incredibly rude especially to renters who have been here for awhile. all they are interested in is slapping some new crappy flooring down and looking to rent to the next sucker. quality of these apartments is terrible. roaches everywhere. broken utilities. stay far away.

  Esse condomínio Three Chopt eu recomendo de olhos fechados! Agradeço Gabby e Priscila me ajudaram muito no meu novo lar. Estou no mesmo condomínio já tem 2 anos, não tenho nada a reclamar, acabei de renovar por mais um ano.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Communication was poor, responses were delayed or nonexistent, and we were given unclear and inconsistent information throughout the process. Management wasted our time and caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult housing situation. If you value transparency, professionalism, or timely communication, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This place does not treat applicants or tenants with respect.
