  I had the pleasure of touring London Towne with Hailie. She did a superb job of answering any and all questions that I had and was very considerate and understanding. Her passion and enthusiasm to help find me the perfect place to live was greatly appreciated and her knowledge of what she talks about is very helpful. All in all she made an experience that can typically be stressful and overwhelming into a delightful and accommodating tour.

  The management has been extremely difficult to deal with. After a couple of unsuccessful online payment attempts, they blocked all online options — and then, without notice, blocked every other payment method as well. When we tried to pay by money order, they initially refused to accept it. It took over 15 minutes to convince them to take our payment, even though the lease explicitly states that money orders are an accepted form of payment. They also falsely claimed otherwise. And after blocking every way to pay, they actually threatened legal action if we didn’t pay—how’s that for logic? After all this, they issued us a violation for unclear reasons—just another example of how poorly this place is managed. The apartment itself is old and poorly maintained: there are gaps around doors and windows that let in drafts, the HVAC system makes loud noises, several burners and outlets don’t work, faucets are loose, and paint in the bathroom is peeling. The kitchen often smells like gas, and the baseboards are cracked. Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks, and trash collection is inconsistent. Don’t be fooled by how decent things might look at first glance—everything inside is more of a decoration that starts falling apart the moment you actually try to use it. UPDATE: In response to your reply, my conversation with manager Lander Pena did not resolve any of these issues. Please do not post a boilerplate “we care” response; your continued lack of follow‑up and failure to respond meaningfully have already shown otherwise.
