After not being able to tour my unit before my lease began, and being told it was a top floor unit, I arrive at it to discover that it is middle unit with unbelievably loud upstairs neighbors. There is a massive indent in the floor that the entire unit sinks towards which prevents the sink from draining well. Plugs fall out of all of the outlets and must be taped on. The ceiling has had a massive leak twice, raining water down on my unit. Probably what caused the indent in the floor. There are massive spider webs larger than me that cover my entire entryway, that have not been cleaned after multiple requests to the office. My bedroom window does not close completely and I am exposed to all the noises of outside when trying to sleep. Worst apartment I have ever been in

Don't live here. Horrible management and maintenence. They will make you pay for floods in your apartment. Break your front door trying to fix a simple problem and just say "you figure it out". The best part of this place was the pool... until the sewage backed up into it and its been MIA for well over a year now. These people do not care about their job. All they want is the $ no matter the effect it has on actual people.

Okay so my girlfriend who lives here 3 years? Anyway I moved in with her and her lease was up. And we were looking for potential apartment complexes. Then we noticed that they had newly renovated units within Hickory Creek. So we rented another one bedroom that had been renovated. We were not given the opportunities to look over the unit before we sign the lease The first time we saw it was the day we got the key and when the lease started. We were disappointed from the beginning when we walked in. I tried to put silverware in one of the kitchen drawers at the front of the door fell off. Several of the doors in the kitchen are not square and have visible gaps. My first shower in the unit a piece of plaster fell on my head from where they had patched over a leak and it's obvious that there is very black stuff growing in the ceiling. They're also seem to be hair mixed in with a plaster I decided after a moving all day that I needed to soak in the tub so I fill this up with water. I'm looking around at some of the grout covered in black mold.1 there was paint already coming off the tiles in the bathtub where they just painted over the tile All the vents are black and caped with dirt. Along most of the window and door seals it is dark and dirty One of the bedroom windows is broken. They are very difficult to open. The sliding glass door to the balcony is very difficult to open. The brand new sync that has a pull out sprayer doesn't go back into position correctly. All of the drawers are filthy inside with paint flaking everywhere. There is a big chunk of porcelain broken off of the toilet. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is a caked in dust and dirt just unbelievable I cannot believe I have to clean an apartment the day we move in! I don't understand how management thought that this was an appropriate way to present a new totally renovated apartment please see the photos below
