She took on the challenge of guiding us through the process of selling an older, unconventional house that was in need of some work. She coached us through what areas were worth spending extra attention on and which were not. She connected us with dependable and reasonably priced contractors and other professionals each step of the way. And she knew from her experience just the right pool of buyers to target who would appreciate our house, and that's exactly who owns it now. I cannot emphasize enough how patient and professional she was when dealing with difficult situations that arose in dealing with five siblings; it tested my patience and I cannot imagine that it didn't test hers. I am so grateful that she saw us through to closing! It was amazing how it all came together in the end. I have already recommended Lisa to a few people and I will continue to do so.
