  Sally made the sale of my home both easy and lucrative even while I was out of state for the entire process! She is professional, caring, and a great communicator. Would highly suggest using Trobaugh Realty if you want your home sold quickly and for top dollar!

I have known and have enjoyed past experiences with Sallye Trobaugh, who is at the helm of her fine establishment! An exemplary woman who has put in years of grit, encompassed with strength and character, to build the valley's most outstanding real estate firm! In addition, she has on board with her a trustworthy team of realtors. One of those being, Connie Comer! As with Sallye, I have been honored to have Connie as a dear friend for over 25 years and as of most recent, my realtor. As I was preparing to list my home, Connie met with me and heard my desires. Well, let's just say... with the sell of my home, each item I needed and addressed was met beyond expectation! The day my home was listed on the market, I had a showing lined up the following morning. That afternoon after the showing, I had an offer and the following day, a ratified contract! Connie handled all of the details and this was the most effortless listing and sell of my home, in which the closing took place 4 weeks later. I had entrusted completely to Connie and Trobaugh Group, my real estate needs and received peace and a favorable outcome in the process. In addition, during this time, I was planning a wedding and moving with my home closing 4 days after the wedding. So, Connie worked out of the logistics so I could focus on wedding details and enjoy this most joyous time! I value this fine group and highly recommend them to handle any real estate needs!!!

  Sallye helped us purchase our home in Harrisonburg, and she and her team provided us with an excellent and exceptional experience. Sallye was thorough, patient, and attentive to our needs and wants. She found us just the home we were looking for and in our price range. She is very knowledgeable and professional, and was also fun to spend time with while looking at homes. Highly recommended!
