Take nothing Scott says at face value and use your own contractors — theirs charge high rates for poor quality. After nearly 18 months of delays, broken promises, and wasted money, this experience was nothing but stress and disappointment. I’d encourage anyone considering this company to proceed carefully and do their homework.

We've had our home for almost 2 years now and it started falling apart from day one, we asked for help so many times and they either came out and broke more things or didn't come at all and now that its been so long they won't help us at all. They seem nice to your face but they are shady people!!

We did a walkthrough on a home it was really nice until we seen the siding of the home coming undone..the wall trim inside was coming off of the wall. Other then that the staff was really nice and helpful, kind of unfortunate they won’t help find land though..

It was originally promise 5 weeks max after down payment but it’s been over 3 months

They wouldn't come FIX A THING and a year is up they won't fix anything. Almost a year been asking them to fix stuff and haven't. Now that they see all their bad reviews on Facebook sheriff's department page you would think would have them do better. Nope still greety and lazy as ever.
