  Lived here 2 yrs. Literally had to call the Code enforcement on them for a leak in my kitchen roof. Maintenance is lazy. Dog park is full of poop usually, and the poop stations were out of bags half the time. Leasing staff is constantly changing. They dont to pest control unless requested and even then, its just someone from Maintenance spraying store bought things. Started charging for a pool pass also and made a bunch of rules. The water is shared so u can never be home and still have a water bill. So happy to be moving out. Maintenance was my biggest pain in the butt. Literally moved in with a broken toilet, kitchen sink, and washer snd dryer.

  Military? RUN! Do NOT live here. Read the one star reviews and believe them.That's it that's all. They false advertise as well they do not have stainless steel appliances they also do not renovate the units upon move out even after 10+ years they do not upgrade a single thing. A lot of military and first responders new to the area get fooled by the photos. As a household falling under both umbrellas take heed and stay away from this complex.

  I’ve lived here for a few months and I’m pretty happy! I can’t speak to the new owners yet but so far maintenance has still been very quick and helpful. The buildings are old, so the appliances/amenities aren’t the most up to date but my neighbors are friendly and quiet and I never have any issues feeling unsafe.
