  I absolutely love living here. Maintenance comes very quickly to fix issues. My water heater wasn't working properly and they got someone the next day to replace it. Jenifer at the leasing office is amazing, she answers your questions and calls immediately. There isn't one time where I've called and she didn't answer. I've maybe seen a few bugs, like a tiny house spider, and a roach twice but overall, no severe pest issues. The apartment area is pretty clean, someone is making sure to mop and keep the front entrance of my apartment complex clean. It's honestly so quiet as well, yes occasionally you hear neighbors blasting music, but that's around the afternoon, during the morning, evening, and night, it's so quiet. I will definitely be renewing my lease here if they keep it up! So glad I chose rivers landing.

  I recently moved into Riverland Landing. Ashley in the leasing office was amazing—very helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. However, the apartment and community conditions have been very troubling and disappointing. The unit is old and outdated, and there is a clear pest control problem. I found large roaches and spiders throughout the apartment on move-in day. The sink and tub drains are also backed up and do not drain well. The hallways are consistently dirty with trash and debris. Even after I cleaned them myself, the next day everything looked the same. Maintenance does not seem to clean these areas at all. Noise is another major issue—thin walls, loud neighbors, barking dogs, blasting music, and constant door slamming make it very hard to sleep. The most alarming situation happened on the night I moved in. There was a standoff with a neighbor, and officers were using what felt like excessive force, standing near my unit with large guns drawn and positioned as if ready to shoot. My family and the movers were told to remain inside the apartment for several hours until the situation was resolved. It was extremely frightening and unsettling for all of us. I reported the incident to the rental office the next day, but their response was disappointing. They acted as if it didn’t matter and treated it like only a slight concern, which made me feel like this was something they were used to or didn’t take seriously. Their reaction added even more worry about the safety of the community. Overall, Ashley was great, but the living conditions, pest issues, noise, lack of cleanliness, and serious safety concerns at Riverland Landing have made my move-in experience very troubling and disappointing.

  Been here for almost 6 months, I love it! Apartments are spacious, maintenance is super quick, and the area is well taken care of. It’s super quiet and within walking distance of Langley. 10/10. Highly recommend this place!
