  Late to attend any work orders, and doesn’t take accountability for any damages to my roof/ceiling due to water damage. Told me to contact the city for help. charges insane numbers in rent but only has 1 contractor

  Current resident here. We’ve been dealing with a serious mold issue in our apartment, and management doesn’t seem to care at all. I submitted a work order several days ago and never received a follow-up. When I called the leasing office for updates, they gave me the regional manager’s email — I reached out, but still no response. This situation is unacceptable, especially when it affects our health and quality of living. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of urgency or concern for residents’ well-being. Something needs to be done about this immediately.
