  I have been a resident here for 3 years and the maintenance team (David) is by far the best service anyone can ask for. I have only had to put in 2 maintenance requests and each one was fixed within 3 hours. His knowledge and experience makes the process smooth and his amazing customer service is the cherry on top. 5 STARS FOR DAVID!

  Let me start off by saying, I've TRIED to give this place the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately these apartments are just genuinely TOXIC. I had a MOLD problem as soon as I moved in, it was during the summer and my apt was so humid mold grew everywhere on EVERYTHING, they said it was due to an unsealed vent outside, when they came to clean the apt they refused to acknowledge it as mold, calling it "dust". But then admitted it was caused by the excessive moisture. I'm a young woman in the military, living alone, and the whole time the maintenance manager was in my apt I felt unheard and belittled. I'm young and I feel like they took advantage of that and didn't take my concerns seriously, this mold has affected my health in so many ways. Constant headaches, lightheaded ness, content sinus infections and chest pain. If I could leave I would. They cleaned the surface level mold, but I can still constantly smell it, others who have visited my apt say the same. My head hurts as soon as I walk in, I can't sleep because I literally cannot breathe in here. Then there's the ROACHES AND SPIDERS, I cannot tell you how many times I have walked into my small studio apartment to find a big FAT ROACH ON MY WALL, I have gone through multiple bottles of bleach trying to kill them all. I sprayed repellent on my windows and drains thinking they were coming from outside as I'm on the first floor, BUT NO NO NO, THEY WERE COMING FROM THE TRASH ROOM RIGHT ACRROS FROM MY APT, yes they gave me an apt across from the trash room that constantly smells HORRID, but I could handle the smell, it was the day a HUGE roach literally fell on my shoulder from my front door as I was coming in from work that I knew I need to leave as soon as I can. WHY ARENT THEY SPRAYING THAT ROOM FOR PESTS ?!? The management isn't terrible, they were understanding of income pauses due to the government shut down for active duty. but that's about the ONLY nice thing I have to say. The mail room is a mess; packages are thrown in there without a care and put into a heap that you have to sift through. oh! you live in bldg 3? well ur package is with bldg 1s stuff and vice versa. It is literally a metal SHLEF. A SHLEF they leave your stuff on so residents can come and pick out their own packages all mixed in together. I was told that it was totally safe due to "camera's" but when I was missing a package that contained A CHRISTMAS PRESENT, I BOUGHT (not cheap), I was told the camera's only go back three days.... which is crazy because they were out of office for the holidays! So now what? I'm out of luck? this isn't the first time something of mine was stolen here, I let the first one slide because it was flowers that were delivered to me while I was at work, they were set in front if my bldg. and then GONE when I made it back home. But either the security is abysmal, or the other resident are thieves, either way I'm scared to have anything important delivered here ever again. I just want to leaveeeee DO NOT RENT HERE.

  Very limited the lobby is only used by the administration. It doesn't seem fair to me that one pays a lot of money so that only the administration uses it. One can't come from work and use it with a visitor. It doesn't seem fair to me or have a meeting with family. The apartments are the best but very limited to everything

  I’m kind of shocked how accepting people are with living here when the rent is so expensive and it’s supposed to be luxury living… The excessive stomping, barking, and yelling I hear from my upstairs neighbor is beyond me. At times it sounds like domestic violence. The silverfish is a huge problem here. I have traps, boric acid, dehumidifiers, spray, etc. and even pest control came into my room, nothing seems to work. I asked prior moving into the apartments if there was an infestation of any kind here, Seeson told me no. When I started finding the bugs on my walls and ceiling, I issued a complaint and she said she has them in her picture frames all the time and it’s nothing to worry about… During the summer months there was an earwig issue as well, I had one crawling in my own bed and even pinched me while I was sleeping… freaking yuck… I’m on the third floor which just means they’re in the walls. I’ve even seen them in the gym area and had to kill a few silverfish. It was also very clear my apartment wasn’t cleaned before moving in. There was hard paint splatters on the carpet in the shape of boot prints, missing paint spots all over the ceiling and walls, and huge cracks along the corners left untreated. Thankfully, David fixed some areas, but my toilet was left with no caulking with obvious flood damage, the toilet has a yellow scum residue that I can’t seem to scrub off no matter how hard I try, my kitchen drawers have a missing piece that still isn’t fixed and won’t close fully which David said he needed to buy parts for, and when my washer had a foul smell, I pulled out the filter that was taped shut and it was rotting on the inside with mold and a random pink golf pin inside of it… If you don’t care for very thin walls, gunshots or fireworks going off at 2am, or living amongst silverfish or earwigs, then this is the place for you… I issued an email to Seeson in regards to all of these concerns along with detailed images, but received no response back, I’ve honestly given up with reaching out to the front office because it never goes anywhere.. Truly can’t wait to move out of here in a couple of months.
