  I contacted my realtor, Karen Haigler through the website, "A Place for Mom", and what an angel. She was an exceptional agent who walked beside me throughout the complete process of selling my mother's home. When we met, my brother and I were overwhelmed with the task of emptying the 40+ years of contents in Mom's home, but Karen went above and beyond my expectations. She actively participated in our estate sale, provided some awesome contractor referrals, addressed our many concerns, and continually checked in with me via calls, texts and visits. Her confidence, engagement and advice assured us that we'd get a buyer to reach the end goal, and we did!   Sam Martin was our first contact and we discussed our needs with him. As Sam was going on vacation he handed us over to Tammy Kauffman who was absolutely great kept us informed and did a lot of the behind scenes work.   Amy and Jason are very knowledgeable about the market. If there are a problem with a property we were viewing they made sure I saw it and let me know how much concern it should be. They were also very patient and ensured that I found the right property for me.

  If you are looking for an agent to buy a property look no further because Wanda Stevens is all you need. She helped me throughout the process from viewing several houses and finding me what I was looking for. She looked into properties I was interested in and provided me with full details.
