  Very unprofessional experience with this company as a renter. It’s difficult to get in contact with the property managers, all calls are just sent to voicemail. Most people handling the maintenance requests are not in the US or familiar with the area and viable contractors. The companies they choose to complete the maintenance requests are very cheap and poorly rated companies. The work shows it. Got scammed out of a portion of the security deposit. Owners and renters beware!!!!!!!

  Do not be fooled by the positive reviews. This company, formally known as Renter's Warehouse, is great at getting you to believe they are great at the start with their polite representatives, and thus bombard you with links to leave positive google reviews and encourage naming the rep. This has been the worse property management I have ever dealt with. I have been renting over 10yrs now. If you are a property owner DO NOT hire this company if you care about the quality of repairs needed to your home. They hire the cheapest and most unprofessional vendors to come out. Very poor communication from property management. When I moved into the house it had very bad pet odor from previous tenant. We made this clear in the move in inspection and wanted it resolved. We were told by the property management that they would have vendor come back out. Never did come out or fix the issue. When moved out, having receipts for carpet cleaning and house cleaning, they charged us an additional $675 for "odor remediation" that was an EXISTING issue before we moved in. All their "support" and points of contact are outsourced to different countries so its difficult to have someone to talk to to resolve issues.

  Jason was incredible to work with! He made the process incredibly easy. He answered all of our questions and helped us get a nice home to rent for our family.

  We had a great experience getting set up with a new rental home and Jason was there for every step. He was very responsive via email and answered our questions and helped us throughout the process.

  JASON was absolutely amazing and very informative throughout our entire application process! He answered all our questions in a timely manner and kept us updated throughout everything! We really appreciate him and we enjoyed working with him
