After hearing from my realtor that they were treated rudely, I called to handle paperwork and was met with the same attitude. The man who answered refused to let me finish my sentence before slamming the phone down. If this is how they treat you before you buy, I can’t imagine how bad the service is after the sale. Get it together.

We were able to place a completely refundable deposit which can be applied towards the final cost of our home or returned if we’re unable to complete the process for any reason. He even let us use his laptop to make the process smoother than trying to use a mobile device.
