  The Brook is a great community to be a part of! Lacey and Lauren were very helpful and kind in helping us find the right apartment. Maintenance is always responsive to requests when needed. Modern amenities like new appliances, a nice gym and clubhouse (with coffee!), key fobs and an app for locks and high speed internet already provided are great perks. They have so many layouts to choose from, all with very bright windows and large bedrooms.

  We just moved in and are thoroughly impressed with the community! The maintenance team always stops to wave and ask if we need anything, which really makes it feel welcoming. The ladies in the office are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and responsive — they truly go above and beyond. From the atmosphere to the service, everything has exceeded our expectations. We’re so happy to call this place home!

  The team is especially friendly. Working with Lauren, Lacey & Danielle has made my experience very smooth and easy going. I love my apartment! They listen to the feedback from the community and put it to action. I have enjoyed my experience as a resident so far. This is home.

  I moved to The Brook Apartments in July of 2025, and from the very first day, it has felt like home. This is a quiet, fresh, and welcoming community where you can truly relax and enjoy life. The leasing office team goes above and beyond- a special thank you to Lacey, our amazing property manager, as well as Mike, Lauren, and River, and the new associates who have joined. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care make every interaction a joy and really set The Brook apart. The apartments themselves are modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed, and the community feels safe, peaceful and inviting. Living here has brought me so much comfort and happiness, and I'm incredibly grateful to be a part of it. If you're looking for a place to call home, not just an apartment. I wholeheartedly recommend The Brook. It's more than a living space-its a community where you can feel seen, supported, and at peace.

  When we made the decision to sell our home and begin a new chapter at The Brook Apartments, we knew the transition could feel overwhelming. What we didn’t expect was how seamless — and honestly, enjoyable — the entire process would be. From day one, Lacey Conner and the team went above and beyond for us. Lacey didn’t just hand us paperwork — she walked us through every step of the application, helped us complete everything thoroughly, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. She was patient, responsive, and incredibly kind. Anytime we had a question (and we had plenty!), she was right there with answers and reassurance. Selling our home was a big milestone for us, and moving somewhere new is a significant change. But thanks to Lacey and the entire team, we never felt like “just applicants.” We felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Everything has gone as smoothly as possible, and that speaks volumes about the professionalism and heart of the staff at The Brook. They’ve already made us feel like part of the community — and we haven’t even moved in yet! We are truly excited for this next chapter and so grateful to be joining a place where the team sets the bar this high. The Brook isn’t just where we’re moving — it’s where we already feel at home.
