I really didn’t want to leave a review but as of today I have been considered to where my household would be homeless due to this company stating they accept vouchers and they do not understand the guidelines of a voucher. Communication wasn’t all that great it takes hours to get a response. They so many properties available but want money upfront I’m order to send in my paper work. Please if you have a voucher I would not recommend this company at all it was a waste of my $55 and approval just to be stuck with turning around now having to look for a hotel. Thank you Jason and your team for the hard work into allowing a family to not be in a home. I hope it sits very well with you all.

We relocated to Va\A from CA and the 1st property we viewed, met our high level desires. Once we applied, Jason immediately followed up via email to confirm receipt. Each next step or update was communicated to us promptly. When time-sensitive information needed to be confirmed, Jason emailed, texted, and called my husband and I. I recently worked with Jason with Relevant Properties Guides. He was very consistent in politeness, follow up on phone and via email and all around service.
I would recommend based on my experience at this time. Looking forward to moving in. Only concerns are added fees. Make sure you know the full amount when going through there process. Pet fee, air conditioner filters fee and fee's to make payments can add up to the overall final charges. I would still say that the customer service Jason provided was top notch and should be recognized for it.

I hired them to manage my property. The positives are, they were very fast, once the ball started rolling on getting pictures, getting the property listed and finding a renter in just days. I like that the owner portal makes it easy to view and manage everything. Also, having them do all the paperwork is a convenience.
The negatives… honestly, it feels like they’re running a scam. They have a “maintenance person” that assists with things the renter needs. I’ve got no issue there, but every month it’s been little ticky tack things that add up. In the first 2wks the renter was there, we were charged $120 to tighten a loose door handle and a loose knob in the kitchen. Then another $110 to fix folding doors that came off the track. These doors were brand new. There were 3 more maintenance requests, all within days of each other. When I finally caught on and called them to see how over $600 had racked up in 10days. They admitted that they usually only reach out if the issue requires more than $500. The issue is, they were scheduling repairs every few days so we were not notified. A lot of the maintenance requests seem questionable and just a way to siphon money on top of the management fee; either by the maintenance worker or in cahoots with the renter. The request have been every month since they moved in. We’re looking to separate from them now. I obviously don’t have proof that the property management group is actually apart of this, but it seems like they would flag multiple requests every few weeks and monitor exactly what is covered by the owner vs the renter. Beware.
