  I had a broken showerhead and a broken laundry room door in my condo. Both were fixed quickly and in a timely manner. The repairman, Gustavo was polite and friendly. He cleaned up after his work and everything he fixed is working great. Thanks so much for excellent service as always!

  This property management company is great! The application and approval process went quickly and seamlessly. Perfect for military personnel. Jason V. was a tremendous help! He was efficient and very informative. Highly recommended!!

  I really did not want to do this, but here we are. We are scheduled to move in, in 4 days... for the past two weeks we've been asking for a signed copy of our lease in order to connect utilities. This has still not been accomplished. We've continuously been told the property manager will sign by the end of the day. It's expected of us as tenants to sign documents in a timely manner and pay almost 5k in move in fees/deposits prior to move in and we can't even receive what we need in return. It's beginning to feel like a scam since we've signed the lease and paid over $2k in 'move in' fees. Instead of a signed copy of our lease we keep receiving reminders to prove utilities have been connected (which we cannot do without the signed lease) We all know how slow the city can be with connections and being forced to try and get this done last minute is very frustrating and even more so not setting a good tone for us as future tenants. I will say communication from Jason has been decent, but this much communication without resolution feels just as empty as silence. I try to be understanding because things happen, but as I've stated we are now FOUR days away from move in. Please do better.

  I don't usually leave reviews, but in this case, I want to thank the Relevates team who were always attentive to my application. Likewise, Jason, the person I communicated with the most, was always very kind, even after many calls I made to resolve my doubts. He was always there to help me. Thanks.

  We own rental properties as a major part of our income and keeping them leased with quality tenants is our goal. To that end, we have worked with Charles Armistead here in Richmond area for almost ten years as he has managed new tenant applications, screenings and leasing. Our experience with Charles and his team has been top notch. They have placed some amazing folks with us. The work they do in-advance of actually landing a tenant is very thorough. Charles has taken the time to personally review our properties in-person once we know we are in need of a new tenant. His advice and skillset makes sure we are doing what we need to do to present the home in the best light. In turn, they work hard to find a great tenant that adheres to the lease, pays on time and do all the other things you expect as an investment property owner from your renters. We have had very little downtime without a tenant in this timeframe as well. Things happen- job transfers, tenants buy their own places, couples split up, etc. - but once we give Charles the green light to start the process of finding someone new, he is on top of things to help us through the transition. We think very highly of Charles and his company Relevate Property Guides. If you are a property owner/investor I definitely recommend them!
