  Derryl did a great job addressing the issue with a water leak in our apartment quickly and tried to make us comfortable while in and out of our apartment. Broke down the process of what he was doing and go everything fixed within a day. The water had to be turned off for a few hours but I was prepared.

  UNSAFE! My car was broken into along with several others. Happens almost every weekend. My neighbors car was stolen. Someone was shot in the neighborhood behind us. Things stolen off my porch. Stinking trash piled up every weekend into the street. Melina will nickle and dime you for every penny she can because that’s how she is after you sign. She failed to maintain the sprinkler system and it flooded our apartment then charged us a “early carpet replacement fee” for her own negligence. Don’t let the curb appeal fool, this place is unsafe and out for every dollar they can screw you out of along with a miserable attitude towards tenants. Melina turned a good experience into a headache between her general attitude and poor management. Way better options in the area for the money. Don’t waste your’s here!

  Great experience at the Legends at VC apartments. Maintenance and office leasing staff are wonderful. Big shout out to Daryl Smith the most amazing, kind maintenance tech. Daryl came out for our cooling issue in our apartment, on a Sunday, and was incredibly thorough and assessed the situation quickly to get our cool air working in less than an hour. I’m very grateful for Daryl and appreciate his experience, dedication and stellar customer service. He goes above and beyond, and I also really appreciated him walking us through his process to resolve this issue and for his follow up the next day. Thank you, Daryl for all you do for this community and thank you to our awesome leasing staff, especially Olivia. Truly enjoy living at this apartment and you rock, Daryl.

  Darryl smith was a rockstar!! Our HVAC did not work and was heating to 85 degrees- Darryl came in and was extremely thorough- diagnosed multiple causes and we had cool air within an hour. Darryl was super kind, prompt, and a clear expert- he also explained his process. Maintenance staff and leasing staff here are amazing overall; we have many stories of how they have gone above and beyond- and Darryl helped make one more! Thanks for the help!
