- BMBebo MOct 30, 20251.0NOT SAFE! My car was broken into along with several others. Happens regularly. Neighbors car above me was actually stolen. Bicycle stolen off my porch along with other things. Decided to move because of break-ins, theft and management becoming very poor. They charged me $8,000 to end my lease early taking full advantage of their tenants. Melina turned a great experience into a nightmare between her bad general attitude and seeming “put out” anytime you need something. Should let Olivia run the place since she seems to anyway. At least she’s there when you need her and knows how to treat people. Don’t let the curb appeal fool you. It’s all by design to take full advantage of you as much as possible while you are here and make it difficult to depart even after spending over $80,000 in the course of 3 years. PATHETIC- place equals- GARBAGE!!!!
- DHDaniel HeathOct 24, 20251.0Legends Apts strung me, a senior with high income and excellent credit, along for 1 week with no less than 4 employment verifications including letter from employer, then pay stubs, then call to HR, then call to superviser, then form to be completed by supervisor. They required a Dr letter to verify medical need for SA, something VA allows in violation of ADA, then letter from doctor for Service Animal then approving me and taking deposit and application fee, having me turn on utilities, and reporting change of address before denying me at 3:00 Friday afternoon, less than 24 hours before move in a and after Doctor offices close for the weekend, because letter from Dr was not less than 30 days old. I went to 2 other apartment complexes the next day. I easily qualified and rented that day. Legends’ iverly intrusive policies and discriminatory actions should never be allowed or tolerated. Their practice of giving you appro al to entice tou to pay them is also morally wrong. These are not people you want to deal with if you are a disabled or senior citizen. After posting this review they suggested I call them. What a joke. 3 calls elicited a promised call from a manger that never came. This place is all talk and discrimination while extorting fees for promises they have no intent on delivering. Absolutely horrible management and disreputable money changers..
