- DRDiane RDec 31, 20255.0LaPrade, maintenance staff, was great! This was the third request for the smoke alarm. He was knowledgable about the issue, understood the difference in the alarm sounds, and actually repaired the issue. Last two times all they did was change the battery. LaPrade also cleaned up after the repair. That was a first. Thanks LaPrade
- DHDaniel HeathOct 24, 20251.0Legends Apts strung me, a senior with high income and excellent credit, along for 1 week with no less than 4 employment verifications including letter from employer, then pay stubs, then call to HR, then call to superviser, then form to be completed by supervisor. They required a Dr letter to verify medical need for SA, something VA allows in violation of ADA, then letter from doctor for Service Animal then approving me and taking deposit and application fee, having me turn on utilities, and reporting change of address before denying me at 3:00 Friday afternoon, less than 24 hours before move in a and after Doctor offices close for the weekend, because letter from Dr was not less than 30 days old. I went to 2 other apartment complexes the next day. I easily qualified and rented that day. Legends’ iverly intrusive policies and discriminatory actions should never be allowed or tolerated. Their practice of giving you appro al to entice tou to pay them is also morally wrong. These are not people you want to deal with if you are a disabled or senior citizen. After posting this review they suggested I call them. What a joke. 3 calls elicited a promised call from a manger that never came. This place is all talk and discrimination while extorting fees for promises they have no intent on delivering. Absolutely horrible management and disreputable money changers..
