  Just an update on our awful experience here - move out is horrible, they won’t send you your last bill, they will lock you out your account so you can’t pay the bill, won’t answer you when you call or send email trying to pay it, and then send the bill to collections. Avoid at all cost!!!!!! i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CHAMPIONS CLUB TO MY WORST ENEMY!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! TERMITES, LEAKS, INCONSIDERATE UPSTAIR NEIGHBORS, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! Overall, this place was good at first but the new maintenance people and new management don't care. They try to do the quick fixes or as we like to call the "landlord specials". If you want somewhere to live that's actually livable then don't even bother looking here! We are so much happier away from this place. We lived here for 3 years and it's only gone downhill from then. Leasing office doesn't respond or care about your issues, kids overrun this place, trash is everywhere, and you'll hear every single noise from your neighbors. Especially in apartment 401 because they will not do anything about the kids upstairs who shake your apartment, knock stuff off the wall, and sound like elephants ALL hours of the night. Not only were the kids a HUGE problem, but the office does not do anything about issues in the apartment. They only responded to us when what the email said was convenient for them. They would not respond to complaints unless you emailed/called multiple times about the same issue. Don't even think about getting reimbursed for not being able to use part of your apartment for months on end because they won't even talk about that even though you've mentioned it several times. We had a massive leak in our bathroom for 6+ months. Granted maintenance tried to fix the issue and they eventually did a "quick" fix, but this caused water damage and termites! We got no compensation from the leasing office for not being able to use a bathroom we were paying for more than 6 months. We got termites which took the office 2 months to have even someone come out to fix the issue and there was significant water damage all throughout the bathroom that they said they would fix and never ended up fixing. The ceiling even started turning colors after they "fixed" the leak. It wouldn't surprise me if there was significant mold all throughout that apartment as we were also sick all the time. The apartment complex did not keep the common areas clean. Trash was everywhere, our front porches always looked disgusting, and the neighbors were just careless and only thought about themselves. Also if you don't want kids then definitely don't move here. Kids overrun every part of this complex. The roads, tennis courts, pool, gym anywhere you can think of they were there. Parents also didn't watch there kids so they would just run out in front of you and the parents would look at you like your the crazy one. If you want to be happy and not miserable then just stay away from Champions Club. If you do move here, you'll realize how crappy you've been living once you move out of here. It's best to just not even move in to the apartments. TRUST ME!
