  I love living at the Marque! Staff is professional and friendly. Location is awesome, close to everything including easy access to great hiking at Battlefield National Park and Conner Robinson State Park which sits behind the apartments. Grounds are kept clean and it is a quiet atmosphere with great amenities.

  Christian did an excellent job addressing the issue with the dishwasher. Within 24 hours of reporting the problem, it was diagnosed and resolved efficiently. His prompt response and effective service were greatly appreciated.

  Our living here at The Marque is very nice. The facility quiet, secured and well maintained. The office staff Emily and Tiara are nice and whatever problems or issue that we may have they do resolve them. The problem that is of concern is that people who live above should be considerate of residents that live below. I would also suggest paint in the parking space lines so we can see it clearly. I met the new service Manager Ibrahim and he seems great.

  I was a resident here for one year. There are shopping centers nearby within a few minutes drive. Close to interstate 66. The elevators have a lot of issues here and are shut down for long amounts of time where you might have to use the ones across the building to get to your unit if you carrying groceries for example. There are parking gates that are near pointless because potential thieves can walk across them and try to steal from your vehicle which actually happened with one resident having his car stolen and mine being attempted to be broken in last year. Some trespassers, people who are not residents or visitors come to use the locker room showers and the management does not do anything about it to try to stop them from getting into the building. An unsafe sidewalk ramp that was trip hazard to tenants and their carts was only repaired after I said something. The office staff needs more training on how to be more respectful towards their residents especially emily. Overall if you like the area and the location I recommend you look for somewhere else close by.
