- RMRex Moyer1 day ago5.0Almost four months here now. The Beautifully designed floor plan is perfect for us. All appliances match and function normally. Utilities operate reliably. Social areas, gym, coffee shop, game rooms, library and spacious Public room are always kept clean and neatly arranged, ready for the many monthly planned activities. Office services are excellent and maintenance services have responded quickly. We Love it here.

Had two issues and he dealt with both of them in short order. A very satisfactory experience and an excellent representative of the efficiency of the personnel here.

The number is not present on the buildings exterior, we were told a County issue? When there is a fire tenants are not properly notified nor informed during the fire.

They even have a hair salon! Couldn’t ask for better. Price is very fair for Gainesville area. Would highly recommend to anyone of all ages.
