  Stopped by this beautiful community last week. A little secret gem hidden in Fredericksburg. Samantha was super knowledgeable and really cares about her residents!

  I moved here 1 month ago and i love the area! They're several stores located conviently near the neighborhood which is a plus. It is quiet and the grounds are kept up and clean which is nice.The maintence man, Stan is friendly, always greeting you when he sees you outside. The ladies in the front office Sam and Tonette are so nice and helpful. Sam answered all my questions i had prior to moving in and always makes me feel so welcomed when i come into the office. The day i moved in they gave me a welcome bag with a few essentials you need when you move into a new home. Im happy with my decision to move here.

  Been here 2 years and love it. It’s peaceful and any issues or complaints Mandy is on it. The staff is amazing and a blessing to work with especially during the times of this pandemic. They are understanding and helpful.
