- MBMichelle BentonMay 14, 20245.0I moved here 1 month ago and i love the area! They're several stores located conviently near the neighborhood which is a plus. It is quiet and the grounds are kept up and clean which is nice.The maintence man, Stan is friendly, always greeting you when he sees you outside. The ladies in the front office Sam and Tonette are so nice and helpful. Sam answered all my questions i had prior to moving in and always makes me feel so welcomed when i come into the office. The day i moved in they gave me a welcome bag with a few essentials you need when you move into a new home. Im happy with my decision to move here.

And maintenance is always on time Stan is the man if he can't fix it no one can lol. I enjoyed my stay here I'm relocating that's why I'm moving.
- NPNicole P.May 15, 20171.0Management is unprofessional. Maintenance guy lives on property, gossips, allegedly steals and yells at children. Houses are riddled with bugs and drug dealers. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would, it's a sketchy place for sure. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere... unless you are a fan of the police raiding your neighborhood at all hours of the day and night accompanied with a helicopter searching with a spot light for a 'runner'... true story.
