  I bought my first rental property about a year ago and I chose Glen and Stephanie Michael with GEM Realty as the Property Managers. They are both very friendly, professional and have excellent experience in this field. They have a wide variety of contractors to handle and quickly resolve any issue that comes up with my property. GEM provides me with reasonably priced comprehensive services and punctual monthly reports. They recently added an Investor Dashboard that gives their clients real-time visibility into every aspect of their investments. I highly recommend using Glen and Stephanie Michael of GEM Realty for all of your property management needs!

  If my grandmother needed a property management company I would recommend her GEM without hesitation. Mike and Sthephanie are the epitome of professionalism, transparency and efficiency. If you are searching for a good and honest PMC give them a call, you won’t regret it!
