- LPLazz PujentoOct 21, 20223.0Initial Review upon movein- This is a great place, convenient to the hospital & Central Park, great people & a nice apartment. It seems there were some social issues in the past which are now resolved Update- still a nice place however. It's pretty dark inside. The apartments are not all remodeled so some of the units and appliances are dated. And worst of all for seniors, no one picks up your trash and it can be a LONG way to the trash shoot. They can literally charge a fee and have someone come around and collect it. All the other apartments do it, so not sure why they don't. Not enough handicapped spaces. Long walks for some apartments. Rent goes up every year . And its more pricey then even newer apartments in the area. We are moving!

The local management always treated me with love and respect. My apartment was lovely as well as all of generous facilities available for resident use. Any needs and repairs we taken care of quickly and with courtesy . I would gladly recommend the Evergreens in the future.
