  I pray that you focus on quality of work and planning with buyers instead of making sales. I'm not a buyer, but my neighbors home was dropped off on my property from August - December. My yard was torn up, shrubs, flowers plowed down, holes dug everywhere creating a total eye sore. Because of poor planning, I assisted with a pod to put their things in, in addition to moving their shed where the new home was wedged in December. Finally in January they moved the old home. No gutters and the skirting was weak and cheap in the new home. The siding is damaged by water and discolored. I've never seen anything like this in my life. I'm just trying to help my neighbors which is what I was taught.

  Thank you so much Clayton Homes of Fredericksburg! Chris was amazing and kept us updated throughout the process definitely recommend seeing him when you’re ready to buy. Dave was excellent definitely made sure we stayed in the loop with things. . Cory was great as well especially helping us decide the best placement for our home and explaining the process of each contractor that came. The whole team was fantastic I will definitely recommend the team of Fredericksburg.

  What an experience we have had with communication, honestly and willingness to listen allow us to purchase our home with ease. Layla really made our buying experience so wonderful. It was a roller coaster ride trying to get land and everything sorted out for the past few months but she went above and beyond to make sure everything gets straight and done how it's suppose to. She's allowing my family and I to make a fresh start in life and we will be forever grateful to her. With Layla it was never about the sale but more about teaching life lessons. I highly recommend Layla for your home buying experience!

  My son and I are currently working with Layla to get him a home. From day one Layla has been kind funny and a joy to work with. She is very knowledgeable, and forth coming with information. She has explained to us the process and what will happen next. Layla's communication and willingness to answer our questions has been amazing. I'm anxious to get to the end of this transaction but Layla is family now so we will stay connected forever. Thanks Layla for all you do! 💞
