From meeting the sales and Financing team to dealing with my own personal sales agent (Myranda) I didn’t feel rushed, overwhelmed, or uneasy. I had to sign two contracts. The first contract I got nervous and Canceled the deal. But because of the amazing customer service (particularly Myranda) I went back and re-purchased the home with confidence and security. I’m now awaiting keys to my brand new home. Myranda and the team are constantly keeping me updated with construction progress and supplied podcast (which I’ve never used) to Confirm a smooth and stressful free new start. I’m very HAPPY & THANKFUL for all who have helped and will help on this journey. After a messy divorce, becoming displaced which had me staying in my car, while attending online college classes….. this is something I thought I never would see. SO THANK YOU SO MUCH!
