This endeavor has been tumultuous in so many aspects. The home that we have purchased had multiple items that needed to be fixed and the selling agent and sellers made this process absolutely, unnecessarily, even more stressful. In fact an escrow had to be taken out because several still need completing after closing. Don Marr has been absolutely terrific in identification of these issues, constant follow ups with negligent parties and in ensuring that every step needed was monitored to protect us. We could not have found a better agent! Highly recommend Don!

In addition to being thorough and communicative and accessible, he was mindful of things that I should consider when moving south from Washington, DC and helped me to navigate the lay of the land in Lynchburg, Virginia. He went above and beyond in resolving a property classification issue directly with the city tax assessor’s office in advance of my purchase.
