  Was supposed to have final walk through October 10th there were weeks and weeks with no contractors there has twisted real bad when brought in had a lot of repairs they waited till these past 3 weeks to rush to fix we were promised not one drop of water will come towards our house the manager saw the property and said they would have to put drain tile in to bypass the house to drain the water not one drain tile is there the grading guys have graded in the mud which made everything worse puddle of mud at the front of owr house they still have not removed any debris out of the yard like they were supposed to do and tried to grade over top of the rock and cover it with dirt they did not smooth the grading to make it look nice or nothing and we still have flooring damage in 5!rooms of the house and the factory still has to come out to repair that so we are still liking at another month or longer before being able to move into our house this hole process has been a nightmare now they don’t want to do what they said they were going to do so they don’t have to pay out more to get it right because they did not calculate the money to go into the work that needed to be done we ordered our house march 31 of this year and still can’t move into our I will never recommend Lakewood home to any of my family or friends because a lot of this could have been avoided I am so unhappy about everything that has been done very very unhappy

  Our home was completed a little over a month ago and is gorgeous. Everything works well and we were given manuals/ instructions for all systems. A few small repairs have been needed and staff are responsive and work with us to schedule techs to come out. Our saleswoman Margie was so attentive during the selection process and continues to follow up and make sure we are getting the service we need. Jeff and Joe were both so helpful in getting our land ready and handling any issues that came up. It was finished ahead of the time estimate and I am so happy we went modular instead of a custom stick built home, which would have cost much more and taken longer to complete. As with any home build, you will need to invest your time, attention and money to end up with the home you truly want. Ask for Margie and tell her I sent you!
