My experience with Legum & Norman has been extremely disappointing. It took 15 months to set up my HOA account, even after I provided all required documents.
After finally creating my account, they charged me for fees I had already paid and added late fees caused by their own delay. I made repeated attempts to resolve the issue, but received no meaningful response from my account manager, Andrea Wyant.
Now they are attempting to send a disputed and unverified balance to collections without properly addressing my concerns. This level of poor communication and mismanagement is unacceptable.
Slow to respond to requests. Make drastic changes without communicating to all parties.

Worst online experience I have ever had trying to order resale documents. On the phone with support multiple times. Was finally told I needed to use Chrome vs Edge.

Legum & Norman is a great company, especially when it comes to selecting their property managers. Michelle, the property manager for the Westview South neighborhood, has been wonderful to work with. She is responsive, approachable, and truly cares about our community and its residents. I’m very thankful for the excellent care she provides and the positive impact she has on our neighborhood.

I own several properties and the worst experience I have is with this company, specifically with Andrea Henry who manages the Sherbrooke community. She communicates with frustration, provides erroneous information and has the nastiest personality of anyone I’ve encountered in the property management business. The lack of professionalism, attention to detail and inappropriate behavior is disheartening as I have been real estate broker and investor for over 25 years in prince William county and take pride in my work, tenants and properties.
