I recently had a maintenance request completed by Carlos Cruz at our apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the stellar service he provided. Carlos communicated prior to his arrival, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed everything efficiently. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to clean the area after the maintenance was completed.
We have had him perform maintenance before and he is always reassuring when we see him, knowing that everything will handled with his care and expertise. Thank you, Carlos, for the outstanding work!

Upon touring , we were told about a $1,000 special , we applied for our apartment and paid our deposit/reservation fee of $500. After both parties SIGNED the contract ; they rescinded the $1,000 agreement . This is literally a bait and switch tactic , with misleading business practice , I guarantee they have done this before knowing that most people who are moving are on a tight timeline. They admitted it was THEIR error yet did not make any efforts to find an amendable agreement or compromise & told us if we changed our mind we wouldn’t get our deposit back . It’s been tooth and nail to even get a response from the leasing assistant all the way to corporate management. Once I said I was no longer interested and would like my refund back that they eventually offered…. Crickets . They basically took my $500 for a falsely advertised apartment and have not responded for almost a month . I’m talking even corporate level managers and project manager - no response .
I am now disputing the charge with my bank. If this is how they treat potential clients I would RUN. Unethical . Sham. Look up their past history with other civil suits involving discriminatory behavior against immigrants. Just a bad company overall

One of the best apartments I've had the chance to live in by far.
Pros:
- Maintenance is extremely fast. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, they typically resolve it within the same day, hours within my initial request.
- The front office is very knowledgeable and respectful. Answering the phone can be a bit spotty, but its negligible compared to the customer service they provide.
- The apartments themselves are clean well-maintained. I've had no issues with pests or mold at all.
- They have various amenities, though the gym is lacking. If you like working out I'd plan on going to another local gym.
- The location is astounding. Being geographically close to both Tysons, Falls Church, and an entrance ramp to the beltway is a great place to be.
- The landscapers, gardeners, and outside maintenance workers keep the area very clean and tidy.
Cons:
- The apartment is next to a high school and shares the same road to exit and enter the complex. If you want to leave the complex when school begins or ends, there will be extra traffic.
- Plumbing is a bit weak.
- As with most apartments that allow dogs, barking can be an issue depending on your neighbors. I had an issue with neighbors barking until they moved out, but now its silent as can be.
Overall, I'd say this is definitely a complex I would recommend to anyone I know that wants to live in this area. Very clean and comfy!

The community itself has been great - quiet and family friendly. However, the property is run so poorly it’s a shame.
Communication from the leasing office and management team is horrible. The property changed the locks on everyone’s units with no notice and refuses to issue more than one fob per leaseholder. The app associated with the fob system isn’t set up to allow guest access or unlock remotely. You can’t even buy an additional fob, which makes home and dog care pretty much impossible.
There have been numerous vacant units which have sat empty for months, and it seems AJ Dwoskin is set to rip off current residents to make up for that. This could be a really great complex, but issues are not addressed in a timely manner and there is no respect or empathy for residents’ time and needs. The rent is far too expensive to be treated this way.
I will note, Kaleina is wonderful and the only management team member who seems to care about helping the residents.
