  Hace 5 o 6 meses yo y mi esposo queríamos agarrar un apartamento en este complejo de apartamentos pero desde el principio nos negaron todo. Nosotros llamamos para preguntar si tenían apartamentos disponibles y nos dijeron que no un amigo que vive en estos apartamentos llamó y preguntó si tenían apartamentos disponibles y le dijeron que si entonces no entiendo la verdad el servicio en estos apartamentos es super fatal y cuando fuimos a querer llenar la aplicación la señora que q está en la oficina que se supone ella está para ayudar ella no ayuda en nada solo nos tiro los papeles y nos dijo llénenlo y después nos puso demasiado problema asta al punto q nos pedía cosas que ni al caso solo para no darnos el apartamento y no nos lo dieron y nos pidieron un money order se suponía para reservar el apartamento y como no nos lo dieron el apartamento nos dijeron que nos iban a devolver el dinero y asta la fecha de hoy nunca lo devolvieron y ahora ni contestan el teléfono en la oficina. en fin el dinero se perdió y el servicio pésimo no recomiendo estos apartamentos super mal la atención. No se merecen ni una estrella

  In my recent experience applying for an apartment at this property, I encountered extremely poor customer service. Despite ultimately being denied housing, I was initially willing to recommend the property to a friend. However, she experienced significant mistreatment—including discrimination and a complete lack of support from management. We tried to contact the district manager, Rosa, who handles leasing, but no contact number was provided, making it impossible to reach her. This is especially concerning given that this property receives government subsidies, which should come with greater accountability. Additionally, we were charged an excessive $150 fee for a service that was substandard at best. When we asked about options for resolution, management offered no guidance or assistance. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others not to consider this property. If I could give zero stars, I would.

  In my recent experience applying for an apartment, I encountered extremely poor customer service. Despite being denied the opportunity, I still recommend the property to a friend who unfortunately experienced mistreatment. The company discriminates against individuals and fails to provide adequate assistance to potential residents. We attempted to contact headquarters or the district manager, Rosa, who is responsible for leasing, but she was unresponsive and lacked professional communication skills. It is perplexing that a company receiving government subsidies would provide such inadequate service. Additionally, we were charged an excessive fee of $150 for a subpar experience. I strongly advise against considering this property. When we sought clarification or solutions to our concerns, the company failed to provide any assistance. In the absence of a suitable rating system, I would rate this company 0 stars.
