  Mary Price at Glenvale Condominium Association has done a wonderful job in recent months to coordinate key issues across all stakeholders. I'm very grateful to her for being here association's manager, and wish her continued success in her role.

  We were so lucky as board of directors to come across L&N, we switched to have them as our property management company, the entire process starts with meeting Wanda Powell the company business development and marketing manager she's very professional, she explained the process in details and helped to complete the transition, Amina Elghawill is our portfolio manager and she's amazing by all means, she's very responsive, problem solver and she gets things done on a timely manner. Absolutely happy with our choices and would highly recommend L&N.

  When asked about the status of the grass and how come it was not mowed the scheduled day was told that the last mowing had already taken place. No communication with the residents that this was going to happened or had happened. The next day I woke up to sounds of lawnmowers. Therefore the information disseminated was incorrect. There were other companies hired privately by some homeowners to have their grass mowed the day before. That could have perhaps been avoided and the expense. The HOA dues cover grass mowing

  As a deeply frustrated resident in a Legum & Norman-managed HOA, I've endured their shocking unprofessionalism and willful neglect of compliance with basic governing documents and Maryland laws. They routinely flout bylaws on simple maintenance while enabling the board to breach major requirements like open meetings and notifications, exposing everyone to legal risks. They've completely botched the community's transition from the developer, leaving homeowners exasperated and battling to safeguard their interests. L&N's communication is evasive and opaque, laced with accusatory and condescending tones that dismiss the fact that homeowners fund their contract. It's evident they're solely fixated on preserving their contract and pandering to the board, permitting residents to be trampled and disrespected without repercussions. I anticipated Legum & Norman would enforce good faith practices, ensuring board adherence to HOA laws and bylaws, but they fail even fundamental expectations. Steer clear of this self-serving company—opt for an accountable firm instead. Our community deserves far better.

  I find the folks in our community very responsive to issues and that is the only reason they are not getting one star. My main concern is around their conflict resolution around serious issues that are plaguing our community. L&M continues to silence the voice of the community members and only take the direction of the board. Being a vacation community a significant number of residents do not live their full time. They refuse to force the board to do a virtual option for the meeting which is favoring the members that live there full time to ensure that only that voice is heard. We need a management company that helps foster transparency, communication and engagement to work through an amicable solution to all parties. When sending emails to ask for dialogue we are met with responses like that is the board decisions. I am shocked to see that at this point with attorneys involved someone from the L&M executive team has not stepped in. Board members, residents and committee members all have their individual personal agendas that they are going to peruse L&M should be there to guide the conflict resolution to a fair and equitable outcome that is void of personal gain.
