I thought I had set-up a direct deposit when I sent in a voided check but when I checked the next month, there had been no action. I contacted Legum and reached Stacy Jones who informed me that records indiccated I was not registered for direct deposit, and then she set out to make that happen, explaining the next steps, and walking me through the process to the end, when she confirmed my direct deposit connection had been completed. Thank you Stacy Jones!

My experience with the current community property management, specifically Andrea Henry, has been extremely frustrating.
Since purchasing my condo, I have been dealing with an ongoing water intrusion issue that has resulted in mold growth in my unit since January. This is the second leak-related incident I have experienced. In both cases, I was told the issue was my responsibility without a clear explanation or thorough investigation.
A technician previously sent by Andrea to inspect the issue verbally confirmed there was active water leakage. The building’s water heaters are located directly adjacent to the wall of my master bedroom. I have repeatedly requested access to the water heater room so my contractor can properly assess and remediate the damage. Access has been denied without explanation.
The lack of transparency, communication, and cooperation has delayed necessary repairs and prolonged damage to my unit. As a homeowner, I expect accountability, clarity, and timely action—especially when the issue involves potential mold and health concerns.
This matter remains unresolved. It should not require this level of effort for a unit owner to gain access to investigate a potential common-area source of water damage.
I hope management addresses this situation appropriately and improves responsiveness moving forward.
I’m a resident at The Arlington Condominium, and I can honestly say that having Corey Emerson as our General Manager has made an incredible difference in our community. Corey is always professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. He’s quick to respond, keeps everything running smoothly, and always finds solutions with a positive attitude.
You can tell Corey takes great pride in making The Arlington a wonderful place to live — the property is well-maintained, communication is clear, and any issues are handled promptly and thoughtfully. It’s rare to find someone so engaged and dedicated to both the building and the people who live here.
I truly appreciate everything Corey does for our community. The Arlington is lucky to have such an outstanding manager leading the way!

Honestly I only use reviews when I am extremely unsatisfied. I have been trying to reach someone who could help me with ONE simple HOA question since Feb 9th. It is now Feb 23rd and I still cannot find someone to help me. It shouldn't be this difficult to get in contact with your HOA.
Update- Terri Johnson reached out to me and was able to assist me. She was able to answer my question ASAP and was very friendly. Thank you.

I am writing to formally commend the exceptional work and unwavering dedication demonstrated by the Eagles Pointe Homeowners Association. As a resident, I have been profoundly impressed by the tangible improvements and consistent efforts that have elevated our community living experience.
My sincere appreciation extends particularly to the leadership of Ms. Kimberly Williams and her entire team. Their tireless commitment to fostering a safe, immaculately clean, and orderly environment within Eagles Pointe is truly exemplary. The positive impact of their diligent oversight is evident in every corner of our neighborhood, contributing significantly to the enhanced quality of life for all residents.
It is clear that the management team operates with a proactive mindset, continually striving for excellence. A prime example of this foresight is the consistent and well-articulated communication, including the timely email reminders. These messages, which outline community guidelines and expectations, are not merely administrative notes but valuable tools that cultivate a collective sense of responsibility and ensure the harmonious functioning of our shared spaces. They effectively empower residents to contribute to maintaining the high standards we all appreciate.
It is my hope that the collective efforts of everyone involved transform Eagles Pointe from merely a collection of homes into a truly thriving and desirable community. Your sustained commitment to residents' well-being and the aesthetic integrity of our surroundings does not go unnoticed.
