If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT ever contract with this company to mange your building. They are beyond incompetent and do not actually oversee the management of their properties. We have not had a general manager working on site for months. We have not had a community manager for at least a month. The vice president, Linda Blum, does not respond to emails or voicemails. And apparently there’s no one above her to whom we can complain. As I said, DO NOT recommend.

This experience with Legum & Norman has been completely unacceptable.
After repeated calls, voicemails, and emails, no one has provided us with the most basic follow-up or documentation. Our account was paid in full on 12/6, which was verbally confirmed by a customer service representative. We were then told that although payment was received, we “couldn’t expect it to be entered into the system.” That response was shocking and unprofessional.
It has now been over a month, and despite daily attempts to contact someone, we still have no written proof of payment to provide to our HOA president. Instead, we’ve received nothing but the runaround and complete silence.
For a company handling HOA accounts, this lack of communication, accountability, and documentation is outrageous. Paying off an account should not result in weeks of stress, unanswered inquiries, and uncertainty.

I heard from Kelly at L&G! She was apologetic and quickly handled my problem. She was effective and ensured the situation would be handled. 15 minutes later it was. I was able to get more done in one 10 minute phone call then in an entire month of vm’s, emails, and phone calls. .

I do not like doing business with this company. Everything is done by text messages. They want to have all of your information online. Almost any contact you have with them has to be done by emails. If you are able to speak to someone about a problem they want you to take photos of the problem and email it to them. One of their most recent emails about community meetings came with an update on the time of the meeting with incorrect dates, day of the week, and year. There isn't a way to leave less than one star but I would if I could
