  For the past 30 days, washer broke, complete flood one time, minor flood one time. Leading to water under the floor and all they would do is to give you a dehumidifier, no replacement of flooring or redoing of dry wall either. And there was one more flood last year as well, all that shows that they are not committed truly fixing the problem but only keep patching things up

  I moved into the Elms in 2022 and just moved out a few weeks ago. I lived on one side of the complex for two years and the other side for one year. There are definitely some positives and negatives to living here. Be advised personnel changes happened over the past two years. For positives: The gym is well maintained and has good equipment. The office personnel are generally willing to work with you over problems. Close to highway and trails. I had no problems on the 3229 side. For negatives: When I moved into the unit on the 3205 side of the complex, there was literally spaghetti sauce on the walls and diapers left in the laundry room. It was not clean upon move in and had many stains and problems over the year. Despite this, I had a bill for over $1000 to replace the carpets upon move out. This left a bad taste in my mouth. A few months ago, my vehicle was towed because the sticker was “improperly placed in the windshield” although visible. I thought my vehicle was stolen, as I was not originally notified by the office about it. In addition, I have noticed a decline over the past year in the upkeep of the grounds. There are multiple lights around the complex that blink incessantly. A few months ago they painted the breezeway cement a light blue color that already looks old and muddled. While moving out, a middle aged white woman with a large dog video taped me at night time, throwing some trash away. She said she thought I was illegally dumping. I kindly told her I lived on the property. Overall: The prices of these apartments continue to go up while the upkeep and interior stays the same or degrades. The office personnel are generally kind. Beware the old white woman.

  Quiet apartment in a safe area. Responsive management and maintenance that take pride in their work. Only downside is the price.

  Good afternoon! We thank the office for your employee and for the promptness! Great guy! Ordered maintenance of the air conditioner. A very polite and nice guy arrived. Very neat, agile. Everything is on time, clearly, without overlaps. I wish prosperity to your office and more satisfied customers. Thanks.
