- BGBahruz Gadirov5 days ago1.0I lived in this apartment community for over 3 years, and unfortunately my experience has been very negative overall. The only reason I am giving one star is for the location. One of the biggest issues is the cockroach problem. We requested pest control 3–4 times, but the issue was never fully resolved. Cockroaches kept coming back, which made daily living very uncomfortable. Another serious concern is the outdoor environment. There are snakes frequently seen in the yard/common areas, which is alarming, especially for families with children. In addition, the water bills are extremely high and unreasonable. On average, you should expect to pay $300–$400 per month just for water, which is far above normal and not clearly explained. After signing the lease agreement, it feels like residents are no longer a priority. Communication and support significantly decline once you are locked into the lease. Overall, this place feels like a money trap. Based on my long-term experience, I do not recommend this apartment community.

Everything was thoroughly explained and the her apartment complex tour was amazing. She replies to phone calls and emails in a timely manner and answers questions clearly and concisely! I would recommend her and this complex to anyone!

Now in December 2025 we've moved in and she made everything seamless any emails with her were always immediate and even signing the lease on move-in day she was so welcoming, love the complex and our new home so far!

Chris, the property manager, is amazing, super easy to work with, responsive, and always makes sure everything is taken care of if you communicate any issue in time. I’ve also worked with Stephen, who is incredibly patient and communicates clearly, and the whole team always responds promptly to get things fixed. Maintenance is awesome too they’ll often come the same day if you’re available, or whenever it works best for you. Elizabeth, the CFO, is truly a blessing as well. The location is perfect, literally just 5 minutes from the mall, stores, and great food. I’ve loved my time here and would highly recommend Fair Oaks Apartments to anyone new to the area!
