The front door barely opens and requires excessive force to lock and unlock. The dishwasher was full of mold and smelled so bad that even after cleaning it multiple times, the odor remains. The bathtub was clogged, missing a stopper, and has peeling paint. The bathroom sink cabinet is rotten from water damage. The floors are covered in permanent paint stains. The bedroom wardrobe door is broken off its hinges, and the curtains are damaged and incomplete. I spent my Christmas holiday cleaning and fixing problems that management should have addressed before move-in. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
- JJJJNov 1, 20252.0this place will give you MULTIPLE warnings of how leaving trash out during their “non pickup” hours will result in a fine but won’t remove maintenance trash outside a VACANT UNIT FOR MORE THAN A MONTH!!! literally a dishwasher and oven sitting in front of the door. Keep in mind, these tenants left ALMOST TWO MONTHS AGO. they want to talk about “maintaining a clean living area”???? the rats I see at night would like to disagree. DO BETTER

The apartment complex enables a blatant towing scam, allowing Dominion Towing to remove residents’ vehicles without warning or valid reason. It feels less like a community and more like a trap. The office staff? Completely unhelpful, apathetic at best, dismissive at worst. Reaching out for answers or assistance is a dead end every time. It’s clear management prioritizes profit over residents’ well-being. Rent elsewhere if you value basic respect and peace of mind.
