  I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the current situation in our complex. After working an 18-hour shift, I returned home to find that the parking space I personally cleared earlier had been taken by someone else. At this moment, all parking spots are completely full, and I have been searching for parking for over an hour. Right now, I am still sitting in my car because I cannot find a single available parking space. There is nowhere to park, and the roads and parking areas are covered in ice and have not been properly cleaned or treated. This is not just an inconvenience — it is a serious safety issue. The lack of proper snow and ice removal, combined with poor parking management, is unacceptable. Residents should not be left stuck in their vehicles late at night after long work hours due to conditions that are the responsibility of property management. I expect immediate action to address the snow and ice removal and to prevent situations like this from happening again. This matter requires urgent attention. Please treat this issue with the seriousness it deserves.

  My boyfriend and I recently toured at the property with Rachel. We had a great experience and she was very knowledgeable. We decided not to move forward due to the price and the layout space just wasn’t right for us. We also didn’t like how far away the dumpsters were and the mailboxes being at the very front of the community but overall had a great experience.

  We recently moved in to this apartment. It is quiet and nice place. There was water leak problem in the laundry room. But Moe, the maintenance guy fixed it and he is really sweet and friendly.
