  I’ve been living in Fairfax square since 3 years and last year we need many maintenance request and Abby the best employee ever in the office , she kept me updated in a daily mails to make sure that all required is done , actually all The staff are very friendly, they always smile and great you , DJ is a maintenance guy that came by two days ago , fixed what required and he’s amazing, thanks DJ , and Carlos who assigned for an urgent maintenance request on Saturday evening,he called me back after 2 minutes only of my request!!! Then he can by fixed my problem in couple of minutes in both professional and friendly way , Thanks carlos , all of them work under the supervision of Matt , the manager whose office is always opening to all customers , really i wish i could join your wonderful team 🤍

  They allow residents to smoke INSIDE apartments!! Don’t move here unless you are okay with second hand smoke wafting into your apartment via outdated ventilation systems and hallways.
