    My Name is Ikram I have lived at Fairfax Square Apartment managed by Van Matre and it has been a consistently positive experience. The office staff is professional and proactive. They actually answer the phone and follow up on emails, which is rare in this industry. Maintenance: Requests are usually handled within 24–48 hours. The common areas, including the gym and hallways, are cleaned daily. The soundproofing is excellent; I rarely hear my neighbors. I also appreciate the secure package room, Thank You Fairfax Square

    Visited Fairfax Square yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by its charming space and open layout. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Best rental experience I’ve had so far. Makes my decision much easier.

    Such a waste of my time. Prices on Zillow differ 30-40%. Quoting prices 30% higher than the market. Better call and confirm prices if you don’t want to waste your time.

    Kudos to Brandon from the Management team. I showed up to the management office with frustration regarding to the preventive maintenance issue that was not being resolved even after constant requests for couple months. Don't get me wrong, the maintenance team does their job to fulfill the requests however, the core problem was not being resolved. Brandon not only patiently listened to my concern but he suggested a different perspective to give a try. This made me feel that he heard my concern and actually wanted to resolve the issue. Thank you Brandon, I really hope it would resolve the problem this time.
