  This complex is so outdated, I swear their payment system runs on two hamsters and a prayer. If they can’t process a credit card, they shouldn’t be renting apartments — they should be renting covered wagons. I’ve seen saloons in ghost towns with better technology. Hell, even a cactus could manage payments better than this office.

  Melisa and her crew here are the best. Always friendly and welcoming! Very quick to help with very easy move in process. Love living here

  My residential experience has been very nice for these 3 years at the Oasis. The management team here at the Oasis is kind and very professional, and the maintenance guys are always here to help. I like it here at the Oasis. It feels like a big family.

  We moved into the complex in 2022, the community is quiet and clean. They also have an exercise room, business office and pool. There are grocery stores and department stores within walking distance. The management and maintenance staff are great, very attentive and helpful. I would recommend looking into the oasis at Montclair in your are apartment shopping.
