  I’m very happy with all the new changes that have been implemented recently through Stevie and Kenny. Whenever I have a problem or a maintenance request I can always count on Kenny to take care of the issue and communicate everything it’s definitely made living here a lot more worth it knowing that you’ll always be taken care of and treated like a actual person living here.

  Pleased with work done looks good. My only issue is I dont have options of turning fan on as I did before, comes on with main light and stays on.

  I’ve been here since 2018 and this year it has changed quite a bit. Management has done well on communication and is super helpful! Stevie has help quite a lot! Area is definitely more cleaned up. I love have more attentive they are with maintenance issues..Kenny is awesome!! Overall love the progress Briarwood has had in the past year

  Briarwood is a quite, safe community located in the Cherry Hill area of Dumfries. The property manager/ Ms.Dew is awesome. She always greets you with a smile, while handling your concerns swiftly and professionally. To top it off Maintenance is friendly, quick and efficient, even on the weekends. I'm pleased to call Briarwood home.
