It is the Hazel model and I have appreciated Josh Bennett, the project manager in charge of oversight for my home’s construction. He’s been very responsive with me and my wife looking at the house throughout the process and with every encounter he’s been kind and knowledgeable about all our questions. I appreciate him and Ryan Homes staff. Shout out to Joe Schwab. He was a great help to us getting the house and being consistent.

But, being the only active builder in our area building homes in our price range, didn’t have many options for new construction. Glad we did because the process was so much better this time. From the sales rep Katie to the construction superintendents Josh and Zac, everything was awesome. Very professional and communicative throughout the process, took care of us any time we needed something, and just overall did their best to treat us like valued customers and make sure we were happy. If you’re looking to build, could not do better than this team.
