  Chris Ezzo, Bryan Josa and Matt Fox have been truly amazing! I cannot say enough great things about the three of them. We had an issue when we moved in. The master bath shower was leaking on move in day (small crack in diverter value). Needless to say, moving is stressful enough without having to deal with a leak on top of it. I reached out to Bryan and he and Chris were at our door within minutes. Within the hour, they had the carpet and padding pulled up and fans running to prevent further damage. They have continued to check in daily and have been incredibly responsive, professional and reassuring throughout the process. We are so appreciative of their quick action and ongoing support. They truly went above and beyond. It’s refreshing to see people who still take pride in their work and truly stand behind the finished project. Their ongoing support and attention to detail genuinely set them apart.

  This has truly been an outstanding experience from start to finish. A very special, heartfelt, and endless thank you to Katie!💛 From our very first day at the sales office, she guided us through the buying and selection process with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. The building process with Bryan, our Project Manager, was equally impressive. Every step of the way was handled with professionalism, attentiveness, and competence. We were especially grateful for how smooth and transparent the build process was. Bryan kept us updated by sending photos throughout each stage, walked us through the home at the midway point and again at final walkthrough, and thoroughly explained everything about our new home. Bryan is absolutely wonderful helpful, detail oriented, and always responsive. Any concerns or questions we had were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Thank you Ryan Home to this amazing team for making our home building journey such a positive and memorable experience!

  Bryan Josa was extremely professional and conducted himself with utmost care and respect. He kept us updated. Everything was delivered excellently and on time. We are extremely happy with the completed house. A little bit disappointed by the sales team (Katie and James for their lack of empathy) but all in all an excellent experience including with the team at NVR - Sarah and Rosario

  Closed today. This has been an outstanding experience, start to finish. First day at sales office with Shawn, through the buying and selection process with him, onto financing with Sarah, who was always available and answered every question in detail, and then the best, the building process with Zac, finally closing with Leisel... every step of the way was professional, attentive, and competent. We were especially grateful for and impressed with the build process. Zac sent photos every step of the way. Walked us through the house midway and final. Taught us our house. We watched our house as it was being built and know it inside and out, on day 1. Can't compliment enough. We feel confident that the team will stay with us as we move in, break in and settle. This is our 5th house purchase. It was by far the best. Thank you all.
