He was so easy to work with and stayed in communication through the whole process. James at NVR Mortgage did a fantastic job securing our financing and it was a breeze to close on time. Coming from out of town, our project managers Alex and Kiersten provided regular updates and photos, to help us feel confident and at ease. Highly recommend!

From signing the contract with the sales team all the way to closing, the process has been extremely fun and interactive! The in-house loan officer made the approval process quick and easy and our project manager Alex explained the entire build process to us, and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He would even send us weekly pictures while the home was being built! I can not recommend the team at Fleetwood enough!
