So here’s a story we walk into Ryan homes because we are actively looking for house but we are SO exhausted from trying to find a house that we are just looking if you know what I mean. Right away we are greeted with a firm handshake by a cheerful, genuine listening face, all key factors of a lost art. I can genuinely say this because we were looking at several new builds in the area. We live in a world where customer service is dying so when you meet someone who has that instant connection, charm, and KINDNESS that definitely makes the company and your experience so much better!!! He truly listened to our needs and wants and was like LETS MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!! He was personal and funny and made the house purchasing business quick and painless.(lol at least on our end;) He listened to our plans and our lifestyle and made our dreams of buying a house OUR HOME and WE ARE INCREDIBLY THANKFUL!!! THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts Eric!!!! We are undeserving but VERY thankful!!!!!
