- KPKristen PelletierJul 2, 20255.0Let me first start off by saying Ryan Homes you are so blessed to have Eric long working for your company!!! Eric HAS IT he definitely HAS IT. So here’s a story we walk into Ryan homes because we are actively looking for house but we are SO exhausted from trying to find a house that we are just looking if you know what I mean. Right away we are greeted with a firm handshake by a cheerful, genuine listening face, all key factors of a lost art. I can genuinely say this because we were looking at several new builds in the area. We live in a world where customer service is dying so when you meet someone who has that instant connection, charm, and KINDNESS that definitely makes the company and your experience so much better!!! He truly listened to our needs and wants and was like LETS MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!! He was personal and funny and made the house purchasing business quick and painless.(lol at least on our end;) He listened to our plans and our lifestyle and made our dreams of buying a house OUR HOME and WE ARE INCREDIBLY THANKFUL!!! THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts Eric!!!! We are undeserving but VERY thankful!!!!!
- RHRic HoweJan 31, 20245.0We are still in the process of securing the loan for the potential build here at Lake Margaret. Scott and Ethan have been an absolute pleasure to work with so far. Excellent communication and eager to answer every question or find the answer. The home sites are large and mostly private, which is a nice bonus, for us and those looking to not be on top of your neighbor. As an owner of a design company, I get asked all the time, "Are you going to design/build your next home?" As much as I would love to be able to do that, the market is just not favorable for a custom home providing us everything, or mostly, what we are wanting/needing at this time. I walked a few homes of Ryan's at different stages of completion to understand their building standards and quality control. Sure, it's a production home, but from my inspection, I'd be happy to call this my next home. They are offering same value, product selections, and build as most of the other similar builders out there. It's by far the most bang for your buck. And right now, in this economy, that's the most important to us. WE are excited to be apart of this community and are looking forward to the potential new home. "UPDATE" We have moved in and have been here over 6months now. We love our new home and any warranty has been handled well (Thanks Jason). Neil was an absolute pleasure to work with (you too Ethan!)and i hope either of the PMs are part of your new home journey, you wont be dissapointed. The Ryan Homes team has been great to work with and I would recommend them to build your next home or first!
