- NHNya HarrisJan 12, 20261.0Every other week for some reason the water gets shut off, sometimes they notify you, most times it’s randomly shut off and then you get a notification. None the less i don’t understand why water gets cut off in most buildings so often. Literally every week if not twice a week. It’s extremely inconvenient.

They’ve continued to promote a community feel and have support us throughout the pandemic in more ways than one. They seem to always be working to improve the facilities, especially with the new landscaping plans for this spring! We hope to stay a part of the Hyde Park family as long as possible, it truly is home.

Everything from the paint(lead base) to the un leveled floors, to the always broken AC unit and rude people who work in the office. During the summer time it's by far the worst, they're to cheap to replace the AC they keep trying to repair the same old AC units they have for over 20 years. They are extremely unpleasant an unprofessional. They are too overly priced to be so outdated.
