- TSTaranjeet SinghJan 28, 20241.0Don’t believe the 5 star reviews. Ben gave me false information when I went to get a house here. He said they don’t have any homes left without land premiums of $5K-$25K. When my realtor and my friends realtor called Ben, he emailed them homes with zero land premium. This I think falls under equal housing opportunity law violation. Enon station community sits next to railway track which is tested from time to time. Ryan homes is also not known for quality. Don’t believe me, just google Ryan Home reviews in neighboring areas. Ben will try to rush you and say they are fast selling off but in reality they are selling you homes right next to big factories (using chemicals) and railway lines with inconsistent land pricing rates. If you can’t avoid them, always let your realtor take care of things here.
