She was not friendly and didn’t offer additional information, other than handing me a packet of information. She never invited me to sit down for more information. She wasn’t friendly, not accommodating, and acted as if I was wasting her time. I will take my business elsewhere. It was really disappointing to have been treated with a lack of respect.
