    This company has acted awful towards me. After 2 months of living here the dishwasher over flowed because of grease and a yellow caprisun straw. This is not an issue for me just needs a drain clear and it's good. But i found out they charged me 300 dollars to leave fans here that were left to dry out any cabinets to stop mold. This was a big red flag to me because I know there's no way I have a drain build up of grease from cooking 2 months in. I've never had drain problems anywhere and I'm not ghetto. I do not pour grease down the drain. I also do not have kids and don't use capricious straws. When i attempted to talk to them about the charge They would only speak to me through email. Would not speak to me over the phone about it at all at any point. I asked them to be honest and admit there's no way I could build up grease in 2 months time. They just ignored me. I've been a landlord before and I think there's no reason to be greedy and charge me for something I clearly have no fault in. You cannot talk to anyone over the phone about anything other than giving them money for a new deposit. After that they don't answer the phone and will only speak to you through email. Easily the worst company I have rented from so far every other one I could always get a hold of someone and they never charged me for things that were not my fault. I've added a photo where you can see they charged me 300 dollars for leaving fans to prevent mold. They may even retaliate against me for leaving this review. There's no way for me to guess what they will do since they are dishonest and only speak through email. I honestly begged them to re think the matter because I can't afford the extra 300. They did not care. I told them that I did not want to be bullied into paying something I did not cause and they allowed it to happen. Edit: They have sent me a letter asking if I want to dispute the charge. I'll edit my post when I hear back from them to update on how they handle it Edit 2: they have charged me with more money after I explained that it was wrong to charge me with the bill for the fans. This was done out of spite. Trust me you do not want to do business with anyone who will try and hurt you just because you're unhappy with the way something happened. You can see the date the charge is added and it's the same date as the date of this review I've made. Isn't that toxic for a professional company? I've also added a picture of the "debris" they found. Edit 3: they're trying to say that in their findings they determined that the grease and caprisun straw were recently placed. It's not even possible to determine that. How would anyone know the date of grease and a straw? and I don't have kids here ever i also have a food strainer it just doesn't make sense. So In summary they won't talk to me over the phone. And after I emailed them to explain everything they told me this is my fault and added extra charges today. Read this story and decide if you think it makes sense. I just wanted to come to the internet and share how this company is charging me almost 600 dollars for something that Im not at fault for. I don't hate anyone personally. I've been a landlord before and I wouldn't treat people like this. We aren't pouring grease down the drain. We've only lived here for 2 months. We eat out alot. We don't drink caprisuns. The previous family had children. I really hate when companies get greedy its not good for the community. Im not trying to target anyone personally. But it was not right to treat me this way. I'm sharing this behavior with the community. If you talk with me and fix this i will add it here to this review that renters warehouse came to the table and were reasonable.

    This is the second time I’ve had a landlord use them as a property manager and once again the experience had been TERRIBLE! First off the transition of my landlord moving to a new company was chaotic I was told my lease would be renewed then I was notified last minute that it would not be. One top of that my rental payments were “lost” several times. But that’s not the worst part. They gave me until March 31 to move out I was out of the home by March 13. I paid February and figured my security deposit would’ve covered my last month. Apparently it did not. They tagged on several “unlawful detainer fees” to my account amounting to over 300+ , I was still charged for the month of April (an excessive amount almost 3,000), on top of that I’m pending an eviction when I was already out of the home. When I try to contact someone to explain what is going on no one is ever available and they provide me with an email which of course no one ever responds to. To say the least dealing with this company is a VERY frustrating experience. In the future if I rent again I will make sure, the landlord is not using this company before I move forward with anything. I will also tell anyone who will listen about my experience so they won’t have to go through the same thing. **UPDATE** I tried calling the number provided and Reno, although very polite and respectful, was unable to help. Directed me back to the local office where again no one is available to assist and again provided me with an email or the option for someone to call me back. Which I have done multiple times already.
